“Mr. Simer came to us, was very polite and respectful. Mr. Simer got Buddy to lay back down next to me and calmly explained what was going to happen. We had to put down our previous dog in the vet office. It was so much more respectful to us and my dog to have this happen in our home where we all were so much more at ease.
